Title: Faster-than-light travel and time travel: science or science fiction?  

Description: I will discuss the possibility, feasibility, and possible consequences of faster-than-light travel and time-travel within the context of established science, that is, general relativity and quantum field theory. The colloquium will be based on https://scipost.org/SciPostPhysLectNotes.10 but at a simplified level, suitable for all undergraduate students.
