Veronika Dornan (she/her/hers) is an astronomy PhD student at McMaster studying the relationship between globular star clusters and dark matter in galaxies with her supervisor Dr Bill Harris. She is originally from Ottawa, Ontario but spent four years in the maritimes getting her undergraduate degree at Mount Allison University. You might find her running a physics or astronomy tutorial or presenting a show at the McMaster planetarium. In her spare time she enjoys cooking a good meal, backcountry camping, and playing video games with friends.
