Sam Hancock, has been given a Young Investigator Award to attend the International Congress on Radioecology and Environmental Radioactivity in Oslo in September. This is an amazing achievement as they are very competitive and only 4 students were awarded on the basis of submitted abstracts out of hundreds of applications from all over the world. Sam is an MSc student in Medical Physics working with Dr. Carmel Mothersill.
